    Cross-training is important! Our certified instructors help customers of all fitness and experience levels in a wide variety of classes.


    Barre mixes elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. 55-minute classes use props such as mini balls, resistance bands, sliding discs, and the ballet barre to sculpt, tone, and energize! No dance experience needed.

    STRONG by Zumba

    STRONG by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. Different than the original Zumba workout, this class focuses on strength, kickboxing, and endurance (no hip shakers here!)


    POP Pilates is an incredible fusion of ab-chiseling, total body defining moves choreographed to your favorite music. This intense, mat-based workout for all levels challenges the you to flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core and lean, strong muscles. Offered in 55-minute and 30-minute express classes, as well as part of our 30/30 combo.


    Kettlebell AMPD classes take heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into calorie-torching fun! Weights vary anywhere from 5-15 lbs, so the workout can be adjusted and moves modified to suit your individual needs. Offered as a 45-minute class and as part of our 30/30 combo.


    30/30 is studioFIT’s exclusive combo of Kettlebell AMPD and POP Pilates. Hit it hard with 30 minutes of kettlebell work, followed by 30 minutes of POP Pilates for strengthening, lengthening, and power!


    Yoga classes feature poses and postures that will challenge you with strength and stretch, while matching breath to movement. These classes combine strength, flexibility, and stamina for a full practice, leaving you feeling strong and present.

    SHiNE Dance Fitness

    SHiNE™ is a dance fitness class rooted in traditional dance such as JAZZ, HiP HOP, and BALLET. But this is not your momma's workout! We take those foundational moves and create dance routines that are easy enough for beginners yet challenging enough for the more seasoned dancer. The simplicity of the routines allows you keep moving and do less thinking. :) Because we like to keep you moving the average calories burned during a full class is approximately 750! Not bad for a workout that feels more like a dance party with your girlfriends.


    Jazzercise is the original dance party workout. Blending dance with Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and strength training, one 55-minute session can burn up to 800 calories. The results? Long, lean muscles and an undeniable mood boost.


    Our instructors are expertly trained to mix in new moves with hit music so classes are always different, keeping your workouts fresh and challenging. Ongoing training programs ensure that instructors master our method which fuses cardio, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and modern dance. Plus, we offer different formats for the variety you need to stay motivated and break through plateaus.

    Moms need to work out, too!

    Moms and kids are both happier when mom gets a little "me" time. We have babysitting at select classes for children beginning at 3 months old. Our babysitting room has fun for all ages, and is just feet from the studio floor, so moms and kids each get what they need. $3 per child per class, or free with our ANYTIME membership.


    Babysitting available at weekday classes held at 8:20am, 9:30am, and 4:25pm Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursdays.
